St. Patrick's Day 2010

On Saturday, March 13, the annual St Patrick's day parade will take place at 9 am sharp.  Twenty thousand or so people will participate or watch.  The parade will start at Lowes and will proceed to Main Street and pass directly in front of Flynn's.  After the parade, Main Street will be closed to traffic and the festivities will begin.

This year, we plan on having:

  • 1200 Pounds of Corned Beef
  • 15 Gallons of Bloody Mary's
  • 900- 1000 Irish Coffees
  • 30+ Kegs of Guinness and Beer

(Although we will not be serving green beer, thats for amatures.  Flynn's is a serious event.)

If we need more, we will get it.

So much for the Parade Day,

On the real St Patricks Day.  On Wednesday, March 17, the madness starts all over again.  In the Tavern, Parking Lot, and our new beer garden, "The Tinkers Retreat."

Tips for Celebrating St. Patricks Day at Flynn's

Get here early. We do not accept reservations on Paddy's Day, so to avoid the wait, come early.  We will open at 11am.

Don't forget to buy our limited edition "St. Patrick's Day 2010 T-Shirts." We only sell them the week of St. Patricks Day and when we run out, we run out.

Don't ask for Green Beer.  St. Patrick's Day is a serious event at Flynn's and like we said before, green beer is for amatures.  If you ask for green beer, you may be surprised with what you find in it.
